Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Horra.app, operated by AMONRAU GLOBAL LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”).

By downloading, accessing, registering for, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the App.

1. Eligibility

You must be legally permitted to use the App under the laws applicable to you.

If you are under the age of majority in your country, you may use the App only with the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian where required by law.

You are responsible for ensuring that the information you provide when creating an account is accurate and current.

An Account Registration is not required

2. Subscriptions

The App may offer paid subscription plans that provide access to premium features, content, services, or functionality.

Subscription plans, prices, billing periods, and included features will be displayed in the App before you purchase.

Subscriptions may be offered on a weekly, monthly, annual, or other recurring basis.

Automatic Renewal

Unless you cancel your subscription before the applicable renewal period, your subscription will automatically renew for the same subscription period.

Your payment method will be charged through the applicable app store or payment provider at the price displayed at the time of renewal, subject to applicable taxes and any price changes communicated to you.

3. Apple App Store Subscriptions

If you purchase a subscription through Apple’s App Store, payment and subscription management are handled by Apple.

Your subscription is subject to Apple’s applicable terms and conditions.

You can manage or cancel an App Store subscription through your Apple account/subscription settings.

We do not control Apple’s billing systems and cannot directly modify subscriptions purchased through Apple.

4. Google Play Subscriptions

If you purchase a subscription through Google Play, payment and subscription management are handled by Google.

Your subscription is subject to Google’s applicable terms and conditions.

You can manage or cancel a Google Play subscription through your Google Play account/subscription settings.

We do not control Google’s billing systems and cannot directly modify subscriptions purchased through Google Play.

5. Free Trials and Promotional Offers

We may offer free trials, introductory pricing, discounts, promotional subscriptions, or other special offers.

If a free trial or promotional period automatically converts into a paid subscription, the applicable price and renewal terms will be displayed before you begin the offer.

Unless you cancel before the end of the applicable trial or promotional period, you may be charged according to the terms displayed at the time of purchase.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue promotional offers at any time, subject to applicable law.

6. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through the subscription management system of the platform through which you purchased the subscription.

Canceling a subscription generally prevents future renewal but does not necessarily provide a refund for the current billing period.

After cancellation, you may continue to have access to paid features until the end of the applicable subscription period, unless otherwise stated.

7. Refunds

Payments and refunds for subscriptions purchased through Apple or Google may be subject to the respective platform’s refund policies.

Where applicable, refund requests should be submitted through the platform used to make the purchase.

Nothing in these Terms limits any refund, cancellation, or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

8. Changes to Subscription Prices

We may change subscription prices from time to time.

Where required by law or the applicable app-store rules, we will provide appropriate notice of price changes before they take effect.

Your continued subscription after the applicable price-change date may constitute acceptance of the new price where legally permitted.

9. App Use

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes.

You must not:

Use the App for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive activities.
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or its systems.
Copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, or reverse engineer the App except where permitted by law.
Circumvent subscription or access controls.
Interfere with the operation or security of the App.
Upload malicious software or harmful code.
Use automated systems to access the App in a manner that could damage or interfere with its operation.
Use the App to violate another person’s rights.

10. User Content

If the App allows you to upload, submit, create, or share content (“User Content”), you retain ownership of your User Content unless otherwise agreed.

By submitting User Content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, store, process, display, and use that content as reasonably necessary to operate and provide the App.

You represent that you have the necessary rights to submit the User Content and that your content does not violate applicable laws or the rights of others.

We may remove User Content that violates these Terms or applicable law.

11. Intellectual Property

The App and its contents, including software, designs, logos, trademarks, text, graphics, images, audio, video, and other materials, are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Except as expressly permitted by these Terms, you may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, sell, or create derivative works from our intellectual property.

No ownership rights are transferred to you by using the App.

12. Third-Party Services

The App may contain links to or integrate with third-party services, platforms, websites, advertising networks, payment providers, analytics providers, or other services.

We are not responsible for third-party services that we do not control.

Your use of third-party services may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

13. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, disclose, and protect personal information.

14. Availability of the App

We will make reasonable efforts to keep the App available, but we do not guarantee that it will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

The App may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, updates, technical problems, network issues, third-party services, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

15. Updates and Changes to the App

We may update, modify, add, or remove features from the App.

We may also release updates that are necessary for security, compatibility, performance, or functionality.

Certain features may become unavailable or may require an updated version of the App.

16. Disclaimer

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the App is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

We do not guarantee that the App will meet every user’s requirements or that it will operate without interruption or errors.

Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or rights that cannot legally be excluded.

17. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App.

Where liability cannot legally be excluded, our liability will be limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited or excluded.

18. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless AMONRAU GLOBAL LLC, its officers, employees, contractors, and affiliates from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from:

Your violation of these Terms;
Your misuse of the App;
Your User Content; or
Your violation of another person’s rights.

19. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if you materially violate these Terms, engage in unlawful activity, misuse the App, or create a security or operational risk.

You may stop using the App at any time.

Termination does not automatically entitle you to a refund of subscription fees unless required by applicable law or the applicable platform’s policies.

20. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

When we make material changes, we may provide notice through the App, by email, or by other reasonable means.

Your continued use of the App after the updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms to the extent permitted by law.

21. Dispute Resolution

If you have a dispute with us, please contact us first so that we can attempt to resolve the matter informally.

Nothing in this section limits any mandatory rights or remedies available to consumers under applicable law.

22. Apple-Specific Terms

If you obtained the App through Apple’s App Store, you acknowledge that these Terms are between you and AMONRAU GLOBAL LLC, and not Apple.

Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support services for the App.

To the extent permitted by Apple’s applicable terms, Apple is not responsible for addressing claims relating to the App.

You acknowledge that Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce applicable provisions relating to the App.

Your use of the App must also comply with the applicable App Store Terms of Service.

23. Google Play Terms

If you obtained the App through Google Play, your use of Google Play and any applicable billing services is also subject to Google’s applicable terms and policies.

Google is not responsible for the operation or content of the App except as otherwise required by applicable law.

24. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect to the fullest extent permitted by law.

25. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any additional terms presented within the App, constitute the agreement between you and us concerning your use of the App, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
